Air-fryer wattage, pot sizes, stove output, and ingredient brand all affect cooking. Our times and temperatures are calibrated to common consumer equipment, and we publish equipment notes on every recipe page. Treat times as starting points and adjust ±2-3 minutes for your first attempt.
When readers find errors — wrong amounts, missing ingredients, unclear steps — we correct them and update the "Updated" date on the recipe page. Email info@seventi.fi to report an issue.

We use AI tools to research culinary techniques, draft recipe text, translate between the languages we publish in, and structure content. AI does not replace human review — a person reviews every recipe for technique soundness before publication. We disclose this because it is true and because we believe readers deserve to know.
Ingredient labels and allergen lists vary by region and brand. We list ingredients clearly but do not maintain allergen-warning labels on every recipe. If you cook for someone with a serious allergy, double-check labels yourself.
The "rate this recipe" widget on each recipe page records ratings locally for your own reference. We do not currently publish aggregate user ratings publicly, because we want any rating you see to come from real users — and we are still building up real reader feedback.
